Casual caregiver role in Edmonton with hand-matched clients, real mentorship, and flexible scheduling at a locally owned home care agency.

#1 Right Care is a locally owned home care agency, and we are looking for a warm, dependable caregiver to support clients across Edmonton on a casual basis. This is hands-on, one-on-one work in people's homes — the kind of care that makes a real difference in someone's day. We hand-match every caregiver to clients, so you are paired with people whose needs and personality fit yours, not just dropped into whatever shift is open.

What you will do:

• Provide personal care and companionship that helps clients live comfortably and with dignity at home
• Assist with daily activities such as grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Support clients with medication reminders and help them keep to their routines
• Build genuine, trusting relationships with the clients and families you are matched with
• Keep clear notes and stay in touch with our coordination team about how each visit goes

What we are looking for:

• A caring, patient nature and a genuine wish to help people live well at home
• Comfortable speaking and reading English to communicate clearly with clients, families, and our team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a client's home
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is an asset, as visits are across Edmonton
• Caregiving, HCA, PSW, or similar experience is welcome; if you are newer to the field, we provide paid orientation and training
• Willing and able to pass the standard background and reference checks for home care
