These terms cover text messages ("SMS") sent by 2689405 Alberta Inc., operating as #1 Right Care ("#1 Right Care", "we", "us") from our business number, 587.443.1888.
Program description
With your consent, we send work-related text notifications to our team members, to job applicants and families about the application or care request they sent us, and, where requested, client contacts: replies to your application or request, shift reminders, schedule changes, and open-shift offers. This is an internal notification service — we do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Consent and opt-in
When you give us your phone number on our job application (apply.1rightcare.ca) or our care request form (request.1rightcare.ca), you agree that we may call or text that number about your application or request — for example, to set up an interview or call you back. Reply STOP at any time and we will use phone calls or email instead.
Open-shift offers are sent only if you ask for them: by ticking "Text me shift offers" on our job application, by telling your care coordinator you'd like text updates, or by turning on text notifications in your #1 Right Care portal settings. The box on the application is optional and starts unticked; you can apply without it. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving care services. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your schedule — typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving texts from us.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@1rightcare.ca or 587.443.1888.
- You can also ask your coordinator to turn texts off for you at any time.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device.
